“The chief priests assembled with the elders and took counsel; then they gave a large sum of money to the soldiers, telling them, you are to say, ‘His disciples came by night and stole him while we were asleep.’ The soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has circulated among the Jews to the present day.” Nothing has changed since then. Others will try to convince you that there is no resurrection, that there is nothing after this life, so take advantage of it. Don’t think about any other person, take care only of yourself and gain as much as you can. Life is short -- they would say -- use it to the full. Jesus truly was raised from the dead, but because of a lie, many didn’t believe in that. So, the story continues to this day -- the evil ones will be telling you that the story of the resurrection is a lie. It is up to you to believe or not.
