Recently I visited the beautiful state of Maine. The nature and the colors at this time of the year there are absolutely spectacular. Nature always reminds us about our Creator who made all those beautiful things. I personally feel the presence of the Lord while admiring the beauty of this world. Yet after I visited one of the churches there to pray and to participate in the Holy Eucharist, I felt even closer to God than in any other place. I could hear His word, I felt His presence in the Eucharist that I had received, I knew that He was there with me. Today Jesus reminds us that even though we try to find Him in many different places, He can always be found in the Sacrament of the Eucharist. And even though God can be found in the beauty of creation, the Eucharist is greater than anything else in this world.
