“While Jesus was speaking, a woman from the crowd called out and said to him, ‘Blessed is the womb that carried you and the breasts at which you nursed.’” Do you consider yourself blessed? Sometimes we tend to focus only on the negative aspects of life. We compare ourselves with others and feel like we are less fortunate than them. But we then forget how blessed we are because we know Christ and we belong to Him. That woman from the crowd praised the Mother of Jesus because God chose her to become the Mother of God - His Mother. She was indeed blessed like no other person on this earth, but we should also be thankful and consider ourselves blessed since God chose us to be His beloved Children.
