It is wonderful to have a good friend, someone that understands you, who is there no matter what. Someone who shares the same interests and ideas. It is easy to talk to someone that knows you well. Sometimes you don’t need to say much to a friend, just his or her presence makes you feel happy. Also, we are stronger and can do more things together. I think that’s why Jesus always sent His disciples two by two and not alone. Perhaps Jesus wanted them to establish a friendship since as friends they would be stronger and they would be able to be more successful in their mission. We all need a good friend, a person that will walk with us through life, a person that shares similar interests and that always understands us.
