Are you ready? Are you vigilant? Or do you think that there is plenty of time left for our Master’s arrival. Jesus is warning us today that we need to be always ready since we don’t know when the Lord will come. We also don’t know when God will call us from this life to Himself, and that could happen at any moment. That’s why Jesus wants us to be alert and always prepared for that moment because He doesn’t want to lose us. So, are you ready now? What if the Master’s return were to happen today, or in one hour, or even now? Would you ask for some extra time to get things together and fix whatever needs to be fixed in your life? Or could you honestly say: I am ready, I am alert, I can go now, any moment? “And should he come in the second or third watch and find them prepared in this way, blessed are those servants.”
