We all have those moments in life when we feel tired, overwhelmed, or when we think that all of our efforts don’t bring any results. We have moments of doubts, we have moments when we are scared and uncertain for tomorrow. We all have those moments when we just need to take a break, to meditate, to pray, to listen. That’s why the church invites us to take some time for a retreat, to participate in the parish mission, to come and pray in front of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Jesus Himself invites us to that also: “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves.”
