Have you ever wondered why some people are always positive, filled with hope, and happy? Even when they experience something very difficult, even when they struggle in this life, or something terrible comes their way -- they remain very peaceful. I think those are the people who are filled with faith in Jesus. Their faith in Jesus and in His promises gives them the light, hope and peace they need. Jesus said, “I came into the world as light, so that everyone who believes in me might not remain in darkness.” Jesus is the light, and if we believe in Him we will not remain in darkness. If we believe in Him nothing of this world will destroy us, nothing will take away from us our hope and peace anymore because we can’t remain in darkness, we belong to the light.
