I feel sad for those people who have no faith in Jesus’ promises. It makes me feel sad because for people like that, there is no hope, there is no hope in eternal life. All they have and care about are the things of this life. When death comes -- then it’s over, that’s it. Why would I live like that? What purpose of life would I have without faith? Besides, I would never be able to go through the grieving moments after my loved ones die. It would be devastating thinking that it is over for them also. No! I want to keep faith! That faith that will give me hope, that after this life there is much more to come, much better things to come. “Jesus said to the Jews:‘Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever keeps my word will never see death. ’So, the Jews said to him, ‘Now we are sure that you are possessed.’” With Jesus we will never see death. I want to keep this faith forever.
